While at Ellucian, I mastered Qualtrics Survey software to create a multi-faceted, formula driven, Excel survey question input template. This template was to be used by internal personnel to submit surveys. Template allowed uploading of survey questions with little input from processing group. I then initiated, designed, and wrote simple user guides for the submission of surveys by internal personnel and how to upload survey templates for the processing group.
