Task:      Record status of specific documents for each loss due to natural disasters that occurred in 2017.
Result:  Created extensive detailed reporting spreadsheet using intricate formulas and macros to track document status for each account.

Continued improvement resulted in reducing input time from 12 mins to 3 mins.

This is the User Guide I created to assist with training of other personnel to achieve an input time of 3 minutes.
